If you have been wanting to produce your own spirit or liquer, but dont have the equipment or expertise, give us a call. Generally, our time is very valuable, and as such, we really prefer not to take on projects which would produce less than 1000 cases, however if you have an idea that isnt too complicated, feel free to reach out to us. Who knows, we might be interested.

ATTENION WINEMAKERS!

During the crush season, we also provide the service of turning your spent pommace into grappa or highproof grape spirit from your own grapes for a possible port program. For a relatively small investment in the service, you can reap the benefit of adding another product to your tasting room. Thanks to the law in California, a winery may sell and receive and distribute grape spirits as long as it is created from its own fruit
